4x5 portraits describing clothing
The notion for this series was that often we have the first impression of someone we meet based on how they look, what they have on, more than who they really are. Often our inner prejudices make assumptions about that person before we even begin to understand that you can’t always tell a book by its cover. It seems to come from an “understood” class system and part of the non-verbal communication that without careful examination leads us to misunderstood judgment.
